Terms of Service for Booked And Bizy

Welcome to Booked And Bizy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and websites, including https://bookedandbizy.com and all associated subsites we provide (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering for an account or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Booked And Bizy provides beauty professionals with tools to create booking-enabled websites, manage appointments, and sell services. Each subsite is independently operated by its owner. We provide the technology platform but are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of individual subsite owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use Booked And Bizy. By using our Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to update subscription features, pricing, or tiers with notice.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Some features, such as premium templates, add-ons, or campaigns, may incur additional fees.
5. Use of Platform
You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited actions include using the Platform for unlawful purposes, interfering with its operation, reselling or sharing your subscription in violation of these Terms, or collecting data from clients of other subsite owners without consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All Booked And Bizy software, designs, and content remain our property. Subsite content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to the respective subsite owner.
7. Relationship Between Booked And Bizy and Subsite Owners
Booked And Bizy provides technology only. Each subsite is independently responsible for its own content, policies, services, and client relationships. We are not liable for disputes between subsite owners and their clients.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booked And Bizy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the last twelve months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time in accordance with your subscription plan rules.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on https://bookedandbizy.com with a revised effective date.
